Professional Experience

Matt joined Lane IP in May 2013 and qualified as a UK and European Trade Mark Attorney in 2016. Matt manages a range of international client portfolios across a variety of sectors from sports and media to retail and technology. Matt is involved in all areas of trade mark prosecution and strategy, disputes, infringement, domain name disputes, company name disputes, enforcement of design rights and copyright, and the general policing of brands, including online brand enforcement, customs recordals and seizures.
